Long before Petare Clothing Company was born, there stood a small, stubborn tree in the heart of the barrio — a tree that wasn’t tall, wasn’t majestic, and wasn’t perfect. But it was ours. It grew in a cracked corner of concrete, surrounded by noise, struggle, and life.

For decades, people walked past it on their way to work, children played around it, and neighbors rested in its shade. When storms hit, the little tree bent but never broke. When seasons changed, it shed its leaves and grew them back again, always standing, always surviving.

In a place where everything seemed to change — buildings, faces, fortunes — that tree stayed rooted. It became a quiet symbol of resiliencecommunity, and identity.

So when we set out to create the logo for Petare Clothing Company, the choice was clear.

We didn’t want a symbol of luxury or perfection; we wanted a symbol of truth — of where we come from.

Our logo is inspired by that oldest standing little tree.

Its roots represent our community, firmly grounded in the stories and struggles that shaped us.

Its trunk represents identity, strong and unshakeable no matter how the world shifts around it.

Its leaves represent fashion, constantly evolving, expressive, full of color and life.

Wearing our logo means carrying a piece of the barrio with you — a reminder that beauty grows even in the toughest places, that strength can come in small forms, and that history lives in the things we sometimes overlook.

The little tree still stands today, and with every piece we create, its spirit grows far beyond the streets where it first took root.
